Welcome to the Tow Law Town Council Website.

Tow Law is a former industrial community situated approximately ten miles from the City of Durham, England with a population of just under 2000 people at the last Census.

The Town currently has a number of small businesses, a Community Centre (the Parish Council office is here), two Primary Schools and a Football team (former Newcastle United and England player Chris Waddle was a former player).

This website has been developed to keep the residents of Tow Law informed of important issues within our community.
 As well as information about the Town Council, the website will

host information about other groups and activities within the Tow Law area and provide links to relevant websites.

The Town Council meets on the on the 3rd Tuesday of each month  at 6:30 pm in the Community Centre. Meetings are open to members of the public who are welcome to attend.  If you wish to attend or bring something to the notice of the Councillors please contact the Parish Clerk.
